Terms & Conditions for the WIRM World Congress 2026

1. General Information

Registrations are billed and charged by the World Institute of Regenerative Medicine (address: 2516 Samaritan Drive, STE G, San Jose, CA 95124). Upon receipt of registration and payment, the Congress Office (CONGRESSLINE LTD) will send confirmation to all participants. If confirmation has not been received after 1 week of the application, please do not hesitate to contact the Congress Office via email at golob@congressline.hu or wirm@wirmglobal.org.

Payments sent after April 16, 2026, may not be confirmed in written form. In this case, please bring proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

Online payment accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and China UnionPay credit and debit cards. A card number with an expiry date, CVC code, and postal code is needed. All payments should be made in USD.

2. Cancellations

  • 100% refund of the registration fee (minus the $25 administrative fee) in case of cancellation received by March 25, 2026, at the latest.
  • No refund of registration fees in case of cancellation is received on, or after March 26, 2026.

All cancellations should be emailed to the Congress Office (golob@congressline.hu or wirm@wirmglobal.org).

3. Hotel Booking

The terms and conditions and cancellation policy for the hotel reservation will be clearly stated on the hotel’s booking site.

4. Data Management Policy

CongressLine Ltd., on behalf of the World Institute of Regenerative Medicine, collects and processes the personal data you provide to facilitate your registration and participation in the 1st World Congress of the World Istitute of Regenerative Medicine (WIRM2026), whether as an attendee, speaker, or organizer.

As the official congress organizer, the World Institute of Regenerative Medicine, in collaboration with CongressLine Ltd. as the Professional Congress Organizer (PCO) and data manager, manages, stores, and processes your data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Third-Party Data Sharing

In compliance with CME provider regulations, the following information may be shared with contracted vendors, including exhibitors and sponsors of WIRM2026:

  • Last Name
  • Degree
  • Practice Name
  • City
  • State
  • Country

By submitting your registration, you acknowledge and consent to the processing and sharing of your data as outlined above.

6. Participation Terms, Media Consent & Engagement Agreement

The following provisions are a mandatory condition of participation in the WIRM World Congress 2026, held April 23–25, 2026, in San Francisco, California (the “Event”).

6.1 Condition of Participation

By registering for and attending the Event, Participant acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions on this page. This Agreement is binding and required for participation.

6.2 Participant Engagement Agreement

This Participant Engagement Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the World Institute of Regenerative Medicine (“WIRM”) and the undersigned individual (“Participant”) as a condition of Participant’s attendance at the Event.

Engagement of WIRM

If Participant initiates, pursues, or engages in any new project, venture, business relationship, research initiative, or collaborative effort that arises from, relates to, or is materially inspired by Participant’s attendance at the Event or interactions made thereat (collectively, a “Conference-Derived Opportunity”), Participant agrees to engage WIRM as a participant, collaborator, advisor, or partner in connection with such Conference-Derived Opportunity. Participant shall promptly notify WIRM of such opportunity and engage in good faith discussions regarding WIRM’s role prior to formally commencing such project or venture with any third party.

6.3 Media Release and Recording Consent

Participant acknowledges that the Event will be officially photographed, audio recorded, and video recorded.

By attending the Event, Participant:

  • Grants WIRM and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable right and permission to capture, use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display Participant’s image, likeness, voice, name, and statements in any media format now known or later developed.
  • Agrees that such materials may be used for educational, promotional, marketing, commercial, and archival purposes without further notice or compensation.
  • Waives any right to inspect or approve the final materials.
  • Understands that incidental inclusion in recordings may occur and cannot be fully avoided.
6.4 Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Participation in the Event is voluntary and at Participant’s own risk. Participant assumes all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, travel disruptions, or loss or damage to personal property.

Participant hereby releases, waives, and discharges WIRM and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

WIRM shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury or illness
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
  • Travel or accommodation disruptions
  • Any indirect or consequential damages
6.5 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of California.

6.6 Acknowledgment

Participant acknowledges that Participant has read this Agreement, understands its terms, and agrees to be bound by its provisions. Participant further acknowledges that this Agreement is a material condition of attending the Event and that WIRM would not have permitted Participant to attend absent agreement to these terms.

6.7 Acceptance

By completing registration for the WIRM World Congress 2026, Participant expressly confirms acceptance of all Terms & Conditions, including this Participant Engagement Agreement.
